At Williams, we like to think that we go that one little step further. Not only do we offer exceptional domestic & commercial dry cleaning and laundry services, but we will also pickup & deliver your items. Our delivery rates vary depending on your area. A number of areas can enjoy delivery and pickup free of charge for orders over a minimum value.
Our pickup & delivery area stretches as far south as Kilbirnie, as far north on SH1 as Johnsonville and right up the Hutt Valley as far as Manor Park & Stokes Valley.
We may also be able to service clients outside of our normal area. Please just drop us a line and see if we can accommodate your special pickup or delivery.
We Are Here To Make Life Easier
Unless pickup & drop-off times have been included in the comments section of your order, our efficient Dry Cleaning & Laundry team will phone you to confirm drop-off times.
If you are going to be a regular customer, our first delivery will include a door hook, which we suggest customers hang over their back door (for security). This will allow our driver to pickup & drop-off even if you are not home.
We offer a prompt turnaround. For standard items, pickup and processing is usually performed the same day, so that your garments are clean, dry and folded, ready for return the next day. Complex or larger items may take longer. Should you need an ’emergency’ same-day clean, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you!
