Minimum Order Value
To qualify for our Pickup & Delivery Service, customers must submit an order value of $30.00 or over.
Pickup & Delivery Areas
Williams Dry Cleaners and Laundry Services regularly service the suburbs & postcodes detailed on the Pickup & Delivery page. Any customers outside of these areas would be treated as a special pickup & delivery customer. Please Contact Us to see if we can accommodate you.
Pickup & Delivery Rates
Our delivery rates vary by suburb & postcode (Delivery Rates). It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have entered their correct address, including suburb on which pickup & delivery charges are based. Customers can confirm their postcode by using the NZ Post Address & Postcode Finder. If Williams determines that the suburb & postcode has been incorrectly entered and delivery charges are incorrect, customers will be informed of the discrepancy prior to pickup.
Items Not Available for Pickup
If our driver attempts to pickup from the designated pickup & delivery address and the items are not made available (customer is not in, or unattended laundry was not accessible or presented) Williams Dry Cleaners & Laundry Services leave a card in the customer’s mailbox (where possible) and will attempt to contact the customer to arrange an alternative time. Depending on the suburb & postcode area, there may be another pickup fee charged, up to the value of the standard Pickup & Delivery fee for that area.
