I live outside of the Wellington district. Roy and his team are happy to accept garments by courier and return them. They will dry clean garments other drycleaning businesses won’t touch. The cleaning is second to none in quality and its done in a very timely fashion. Roy is also so approachable and professional. I’ve just had a garment cleaned that had a very nasty stain on it. Roy called to keep me informed about the cleaning processes he’d undertaken and checked with me about carrying out another option. As well as the superb service Williams’ offers the charging rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Williams Drycleaners even if you live outside of Wellington!

Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they’re 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn’t cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.
